The Columbia University Intergroup Community Building Initiative (ICBI) project involved the development of an identity for an initiative aimed at creating a more cohesive Columbia community that is affirming to all idenitites and creates a space for healthy discourse about divisive issues. Additional ICBI designs included a poster to recruit undergraduate juniors and seniors as peer facilitators to staff the program. ICBI wanted the poster to attract a diverse group of students to help create connections between the various identities and communities at Columbia University.
